Shipping & Returns

We ship all throughout New Zealand and Australia. Shipping prices vary between products. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

We accept returns on your product if it doesn't fit you or if the product is described incorrectly. This is at the cost of shipping there and back. If you receive your item and want to return it must be shipped back to us within two days of receiving it. If you would like to request a return email us at sales@refreshvintage.com and we will get back to you ASAP. All refunds will be in store credit.
